With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our fellow brother Sam Georgiana Sr. Sam with nearly 40 years of service, was a massive asset not only on the fireground but to the station and the community. An active life member and a father figure to all, his efforts could not be matched and he will truly be missed. North Brunswick Volunteer Fire Company #3 truly thanks you for your kind words and sentiments at this time of overwhelming sorrow and immense loss.

Monday's Township Council Meeting was very special as North Brunswick honored its first responders, community organizations, houses of worship and businesses for their collective efforts in assisting the victims of the December fire at Governor's Pointe.

Those honored include: North Brunswick Police Department, North Brunswick Volunteer Fire Department, North Brunswick First Aid & Rescue Squad, Inc., North Brunswick Township Office of Emergency Management, North Brunswick Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), North Brunswick Woman's Club, North Brunswick Youth Sports Festival Committee, Adams Athletic Club, North Brunswick Township High School Football team, North Brunswick Democratic Organization, Grace Church of North Brunswick, Congregation B'nai Tikvah, Walmart Supercenter North Brunswick, Payless Furniture North Brunswick, Jack's Famous Furniture and Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store.
